GREAT NEWS! The items for your January Delta Box have finally arrived to our warehouse. We're actively kitting and expect to ship all January Boxes by Friday, February 18th. In addition, the inventory for February is also in route. We'll provide another shipment update to you on or before the 25th.
Finally, if you were subscribed in time for the January Box, your $10 Loyalty Rewards were already deposited to your account. If you remain subscribed, an additional $10 in Loyalty Rewards will be added to your account by the 15th. We hope you had a delightful holiday season and that you and your loved ones have remained safe and healthy throughout these challenging times.
Today, we write you to inform you of two important things. First, we need to inform you that we, like most global businesses, are experiencing additional supply chain delays related the Omicron variant of COVID-19. As a result, this means that January through April boxes may be delivered to you anywhere from 2-3 weeks late. Even though in some cases we expect to be able to ship and deliver on time, based on current projections, the delays may very well be as long as estimated. For your reference, we plan to provide monthly box shipment status via our website so you can better gauge the precise arrival of your box.
Second, we are extremely excited to announce the launch of our Customer Appreciation Program! We will be rewarding your loyalty to Dear Delta for each month that you are subscribed, from January through April 2022. You will receive 250 reward points each month, for a total reward of up to 1,000 reward points!
Reward points may be redeemed to receive dollars off any merchandise in our one-time shop.
